Current Fall Favorites and Swatches~~Lips

As the climate begins to change, and we shift into the deeper more fall tones, I like to play around with lip colors as there are so many great bold options.  I chose some of my favorites for this coming fall ranging from a sheer wash of color, to a bold opaque statement. (SWATCHES AT THE END)

1. MAC Sheen Supreme Lipstick in Full Speed Ahead ($15.00)

This is a vibrant coral red color which lasts all day. It is mainly matte, not much shimmer, but I absolutely love it.  It is a nice pop of color for the fall without being too bright. Since it has deeper undertones, it is better suited for fall.

2. MAC Lustre Lipstick in Lovelorn ($15)

This is my all time favorite nude color, even though it is not nude.  It is a medium to light pink that has slight blue/deeper undertone which makes it super wearable for everyday.  Favorite MAC lipstick of all time.

3.  Stila Lip Glaze in Black Cherry ($25 for set of 5)

This is a deep berry color, but since it is a lip gloss, it is more sheer and if you want to try a darker lip color for the fall but you are a little nervous to go very opaque, this is a perfect color. I love it over mac's lovelorn.

4.  REIGN Dual Lip Gloss in Fuchsia Peony/Pink Rhododendron (Price ?)

I love the deep side of this lip gloss.  The formula is a lot less sticky then the Stila Lip Glazes, and the color is just slighty lighter and more berry than the Stila.  This color is perfect for an everyday berry lip, especially over Revlon's Berry Smoothie Lip Butter.

5.  Stila One Step Primecolor in Capri Coral (Price ?)

This is an amazing all in one product.  The packaging makes it look like a gloss, but it comes out like a matte lipstick.  The color is a deep nude color, slightly darker than my natural lip color.  Since this product is matte, it also makes a great cheek stain, as it lasts at least six hours on me!
